Hail, hail Whiggy Tease.

As we were reminded in our last info-blog post, Watergate didn’t seem to bother Gerald Ford all that much. We’re coming up on the anniversary of his speech pardoning Nixon, you know?
This got us thinking about current events. Ford’s alma mater, the University of Michigan, has been in the news recently regarding allegations that their new football coach makes the boys practice more than what the NCAA allows.

What would Gerald Ford have to say about this if he were still alive? Well, we reckon he’d be quite forgiving. He’d say something like, “it’s only football,” or “everyone does it,” or perhaps “boys will be boys.”

Or, perhaps he’d say “Practice makes perfect.”

Yes, just in time for the Michigan vs. Notre Dame game, it’s Whiggy Tease’s latest Gerald Ford item. Ford, in his glory days as an All-American center for the Maize and Blue with the slogan “Practice Makes “Perfect” in something pretty close to the official Michigan font, but not close enough to upset our legal team.

If you order by Tuesday morning, you can have it in time for Saturday’s big game. This item, like all our Ford items, is available in our Gerald Ford store.

But wait, there’s more.

In addition to t-shirts and tank tops, we also have tote bags…

Messenger bags…
And coasters, for your post game celebration. ..

Buy in the next couple of days and you'll have your swag in time for Saturday's big game. While you are at it, forward this link to every Michigan fan you know.
